Lead RN

Job Purpose:
- The Lead Registered Nurse (RN) at PEACE VILLAGE is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role involves coordinating with healthcare professionals, managing patient care plans, and implementing nursing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the nursing team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and other medical staff.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve desired health outcomes.
