Lead RN - Surgery (OR) - Ortho Spine - La Jolla Green
This is a Full time, benefited position as a Lead OR RN over the ortho spine service line. We are looking for someone with Ortho Spine experience with the following procedures\: ALIF, PLIF, ACDF, TLIF, LLIF/XLIF, discectomy, laminectomy, foraminotomy, corpectomy, microdiscectomy, etc. The shift is a 10 hour day shift 3 days/week 0645-1730 & 1 day/week 0645-1630. It is located at Scripps Green in Torrey Pines La Jolla. On Call-varied shifts with 45 minute call back time is required.
There is a bonus of $4K and a relocation incentive $3K to eligible new hires.

The Lead OR RN responsibilities\:
- Work directly with Surgeons for service line needs
- Work & collaborate with CST Leads on service specific needs
- Work & collaborate for team education needs with Clinical Mentors
- Monitor, review & confirm scheduled cases in EPIC 24 hours prior to scheduled cases
- Monitor, review & confirm scheduled cases in EPIC 24 hours prior to scheduled cases
- DPC building, editing, revising
- Verify Equipment needs
- Work with Charge RNs/Clinical Mentors on daily assignments
