Lead Salesforce Consultant (SF Analytics Cloud)

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Consultant with a strong focus on CRM Analytics (CRMA) to join our team. This project centers on implementing various CRMA dashboards and components, and the successful candidate will lead a small team of CRMA developers, guiding them through delivery while contributing hands-on expertise.

Responsibilities

• Build CRMA dashboards and components
• Develop and manage datasets, dataflows, and recipes to support analytics requirements
• Implement business logic in Salesforce
• Customize Salesforce to meet unique business requirements
• Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Salesforce development
• Lead and work closely with a team of 6 to 10 members with diverse skills
• Handle routine tasks with patience and diligence, reacting well to change and managing multiple tasks efficiently

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce Analytics (CRMA)
• Background in Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
• Expertise in Salesforce Tableau and SOQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Capability to stay stress-resistant and perform under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)
