Design major end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple business domains
Technology investments support both current and future business needs
Partner with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Business Analysts and Engineering teams
Requirements are translated into scalable and deliverable architectural solutions
Define architecture standards, documentation, data models and technical designs
Delivery teams have clear guidance and governance throughout implementation
Drive alignment between business strategy, regulatory requirements and technology solutions
Solutions remain compliant, resilient and commercially effective
Act as a trusted Salesforce subject matter expert and mentor
Teams benefit from best practice, coaching and stronger technical capability
Champion sustainable architecture and technical debt management
Long-term platform stability, efficiency and value are maintained

Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce architecture best practice
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and leading architectural decision-making
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, automation, Apex and Lightning Web Components
Experience working within Agile delivery environments
Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification
Useful, but not essential
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
Accredited Financial Services Cloud Professional
Sales Cloud Consultant certification
Experience Cloud Consultant certification
Data Cloud Consultant certification
Experience within financial services and regulated environments
Experience working with MuleSoft and complex integration ecosystems
