Lead SAP FICO RE_FX Consultant

We are seeking a Lead SAP FICO RE_FX Consultant to drive the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions, with a focus on real estate management and financial accounting processes across global project environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions across RE-FX, FI, and CO modules
• Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis to identify suitable solutions
• Recommend SAP best-practice solutions aligned with business needs
• Prepare functional specifications and support enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows
• Support Lease Contract Management and Lease Accounting (IFRS16/ASC842) processes
• Ensure integration between RE-FX, FI/CO, MM, Procurement, Tax, and Asset Accounting
• Support testing, defect resolution, cutover, and deployment activities
• Conduct SIT/UAT testing and provide support to business users
• Support data migration and validation activities
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
• Provide post-go-live support and user training
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support adoption of SAP standard and fit-to-standard practices

Requirements

• 9-12 years of overall experience in IT, with 9+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO and strong exposure to SAP RE-FX
• Background in Lease Accounting implementations (IFRS16/ASC842)
• Knowledge of FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO processes
• Experience across end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, including configuration, testing, migration, and deployment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
