12-month contract (extendable) leading SAP IT security in a complex enterprise environment in Canberra: managing the SAP security model, designing roles/authorisations and access controls, HCM user provisioning, and running GRC reviews and audits. Hybrid with at least 3 days onsite; current NV1 clearance and SAP ECC 6 experience required.
Job Title: Lead SAP IT Security Advisor | GRC & HCM Lead SAP security across a complex enterprise environment, managing security design, access controls, authorisations, HCM user provisioning and governance while leading secure and effective SAP outcomes.
Location: Canberra, ACT
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – required onsite in Canberra at least 3 days per week. Remote working within Australia may be considered for the right candidate.
Contract Duration: 12 months, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: NV1

Essential Tasks:
- Manage the SAP security model, including roles, authorisations and workload priorities.
- Design, build, test and implement SAP security solutions and access controls.
- Conduct security reviews, risk assessments, compliance and audit activities.
- Lead security issue resolution and support SAP implementation and enhancement projects.
- Demonstrated SAP security experience across user access, role design, HCM provisioning and authorisation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of SAP security design, governance, SoD, risk management and compliance.
- Experience supporting SAP ECC 6 environments, upgrades and security-related projects.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement across business, ICT, vendors and implementation partners.
