Lead SDET

We're looking for a hands-on Lead SDET with strong experience in Playwright, test automation, and AI-driven testing to build reliable, scalable automation frameworks and improve product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Develop automated UI, API, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Leverage AI/LLMs to improve test generation, coverage, and failure analysis.
• Identify flaky tests, debug issues, and improve test reliability.
• Drive automation best practices and collaborate with engineering teams.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in QA automation/SDET.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Good understanding of API testing, CI/CD, and test strategy.
• Practical exposure to AI/LLM-based testing tools or solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
