Summary
Oversee physical security operations, enforce policies, and lead a team to protect personnel and assets at a large industrial site.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of personnel and assets
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions
- Supervise security staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security threats or incidents promptly
- Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed
- Investigate security breaches and create detailed reports for management review
- Maintain a secure environment by enforcing access control measures and visitor management protocols
- Participate in drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of security plans and procedures
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging security technologies
- 4-5 years of experience in security management
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field
