Lead Security Architect & Risk Assessment (Ref 26544)
Summary
Lead the design and implementation of a Zero Trust security architecture, performing threat modeling and risk assessments while translating technical risks for executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
• Establish Zero Trust security architecture strategy and execution across IT and Enterprise.
• Plan, prioritize and develop roadmap to enhance Cyber capabilities and incorporate into Annual Operating Plan.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and new trends in Cybersecurity.
• Keep abreast of emerging risks, industry wide attacks and mitigations.
Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Present thematic architecture gaps and risk posture to executive leadership and governance committees.
• Translate technical cyber risks into business impact language.
Initiatives and Programs Oversight:
• Lead execution of Zero trust security initiatives across IT and Enterprise Business.
• Perform Threat Modelling and Risk Assessments across various IT and Enterprise projects.
• Develop reusable Security reference architectures and design patterns.
Requirements
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or its equivalent.
• 8 years or more relevant experience in Network Security such as macro/micro segmentation, ZTNA, SASE, SDWAN, Perimeter security, Infrastructure and Systems Security, Threat Modelling, Zero Trust Security Architecture.
• Experience in Security by Design principles.
• One or more industry security certifications such as CCIE, CISSP, CISM, CCSP or other equivalent industry certifications.
• Orchestrate across cross-functional teams, make sound decisions under pressure, and manage expectations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management decision-making, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
