Lead Security Officer


What You'll Expect

As a Lead Security Officer, you’ll monitor and coordinate casino security operations to maintain a safe and secure environment. You’ll assist in investigations, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and provide guidance to Security Officers during your shift.


What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members
  • Monitor casino floor activity and coordinate all security operations
  • Assist with investigations and complete detailed incident reports
  • Enforce laws, gaming regulations, and company policies
  • Prevent entry by minors or intoxicated individuals; preserve order on the premises
  • Respond to emergencies, defuse volatile situations, and ensure proper notifications
  • Assist in training and evaluating Security Officers
  • Communicate effectively with Surveillance and report suspicious activity
  • Safely operate security equipment and vehicles


What You'll Bring

  • Strong communication, observation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in crowded environments
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 lbs. and assist with detaining disorderly patrons if necessary
  • Ability to recall events accurately and complete detailed documentation


What We Require

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Work may involve exposure to weather extremes, loud noise, secondhand smoke, and other environmental factors
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
