Lead/Senior Business Analyst - Corporate Actions

We are seeking a Lead/Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Corporate Actions to drive the enhancement of operations through AI-powered automation. In this role, you will support the deployment of AI agents designed to automate and optimize workflow tasks, reduce manual intervention, and increase end-to-end process transparency across business units.

Responsibilities

• Identify and categorize non-STP workflow tasks requiring manual intervention
• Establish clear criteria for AI agent applicability across workflows
• Assess current processes and validate opportunities for improvement
• Propose solutions using standardized data products
• Analyze workflows to uncover inefficiencies and recommend actionable enhancements
• Define future-state processes that integrate agentic AI with shared workflows and user interfaces
• Ensure scalability and cross-domain applicability of designed solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with operational realities, regulatory requirements, and business objectives
• Prepare FRDs and support requirement gathering activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Work onsite from the office 3 days per week as mandatory

Requirements

• 7-15 years of overall experience in IT, with a strong background in Business Analysis
• Expertise in Corporate Actions and related operational workflows
• Proficiency in FRD preparation and requirement gathering
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices
• Familiarity with Gen AI concepts and applications in business process automation
• Skills in process analysis, workflow optimization, and solution design
• Understanding of regulatory requirements within Corporate Actions operations
