Lead / Senior Cybersecurity Engineer (FinTech)

Salary: $9,000 – $13,000 per month

Our client, a reputable FinTech Company, is seeking Senior / Lead Cybersecurity Engineers to implement, manage and continuously optimise their cybersecurity landscape. This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern enterprise security platforms, influence security architecture, and collaborate across Technology, Security Operations, Risk & Compliance teams.

• Compensation: Up to $13,000 with bonus

Respnsibilities

• Implement, configure and manage enterprise security tools and platforms

• Monitor, tune and optimise security controls to protect critical systems and data

• Support vulnerability management, privileged access management (PAM), incident response and risk remediation

• Contribute to security solution design, technology improvement projects and platform enhancements

• Troubleshoot complex security platform issues and support incident & change management processes

• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors on key security initiatives

• Support security audits, compliance activities and reporting requirements

• Identify and implement automation opportunities and new technologies to strengthen security posture

Requirement

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, security engineering or related fields

• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies such as CyberArk / BeyondTrust, Trend Micro / EDR, Elastic SIEM and Tenable (Vulnerability Management)

• Proven track record implementing, configuring and managing security tools in large enterprise environments

• Solid understanding of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) and regulatory requirements

• Relevant cloud security certifications (e.g. AWS Security Specialty or equivalent) preferred

• Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux environments and scripting (shell scripting), with strong troubleshooting skills

• Experience leading or mentoring high-performing teams, delivering operational excellence and meeting SLAs

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC (or equivalent) will be an advantage
