Lead/Senior Electronics Engineer – Power Electronics/Server Power (主任/資深電子工程師 – 電力電子/伺服器電源)

We are seeking an experienced Lead/Senior Electronics Engineer specializing in power electronics to design, develop, and validate AC/DC and DC/DC converters for next-generation AI data center applications. You will work cross-functionally with firmware, mechanical, and system teams to deliver high-efficiency, high-power-density power solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design AC/DC and DC/DC power converter topologies (PFC, LLC, Flyback, Buck, Boost, etc.) for high-efficiency data center power systems.
• Perform circuit design, schematic creation, component selection, and error analysis.
• Conduct simulation by using tools such as SIMPLIS, PSIM, MATLAB/Simulink, or MathCAD.
• Optimize magnetic design, thermal performance, power density, reliability, and cost.
• Lead prototypes bring-up, debugging, and validation of PSU and power modules.
• Perform safety and regulatory compliance validation (UL, IEC, etc.).
• Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams to ensure system-level integration.
• Support NPI, failure analysis, root-cause investigation, and corrective action.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in power supply and power electronics design.
• Strong knowledge of switching power topologies, magnetics (transformers), MOSFET/SiC/GaN devices.
• Hands-on experience in schematic design, PCB layout review, and bench debugging.
• Familiarity with reliability and safety standards for data center applications.
• Experience in AIDC/HPC/Server (e.g., CRPS, ORV3, HVDC) is highly preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
