Lead/Senior Firmware Engineer – Power Shelf Management (主任/資深韌體工程師 - 電源機架/模組管理)

We are seeking an experienced Firmware Engineer skilled in ARM‑based processors to design and implement embedded system management software for AI power racks. Responsibilities include interfacing with PSUs and BBUs, collecting operational and health metrics, managing local data processing on the ARM platform, and communicating PSUs and BBUs status and alerts to the upper‑level Power Management Controller (PMC). Experience with embedded Linux or RTOS, hardware monitoring protocols, and low‑level driver development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded system management firmware for ARM‑based processors.
• Implement security hardening, access control, and secure firmware update mechanisms using cryptographically signed images.
• Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to bring up processors, validate hardware/software interfaces, and debug complex firmware–hardware interactions.
• Work closely with shelf‑level and rack‑level engineering teams to support system orchestration and resolve compatibility, interoperability, and system integration issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in embedded system firmware or software development.
• Hands-on experience with ARM‑based platform bring‑up and development.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and experience with RTOS‑based development.
• Knowledge of communication interfaces such as I²C, RS‑485, and CAN‑FD.
• Experience with secure boot or embedded security frameworks is a strong plus.
