About the project
The project focuses on developing and automating cloud services to enable complex computational workloads across diverse hardware and simulators. It delivers customer-facing platforms that are reliable, scalable, and high-performing. The project integrates data and systems to support critical business decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate innovation. Work is carried out in a fast-paced, agile environment with frequent releases while maintaining a focus on long-term impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software or cloud engineering
- Strong experience with Azure and cloud architecture
- Strong C#/.NET development experience
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend development
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and infrastructure
- Experience with production cloud environments, automation, and deployment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to own technical initiatives and make sound technical decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and security auditing
- Knowledge of Python
Responsibilities
- Own and improve Azure cloud services and infrastructure
- Develop and maintain C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript components
- Lead troubleshooting of complex application and cloud issues
- Drive automation, deployment, reliability, and security improvements
- Contribute to architecture and technical decisions
- Mentor engineers and support code quality through reviews and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions
- PST business hours
- On-campus presence in Redmond at least 3 days per week during the initial ramp-up month
- Hybrid model afterward, with regular campus visits required
Base compensation
Salary Range: $55 - $62 per hour
