Lead/Senior Mechanical Engineer – Server Power Structural Design (主任/資深機構工程師 - 伺服器電源機構設計)

We are seeking a Lead/Senior Mechanical Engineer to design the mechanical structure, know thermal solution while designing server chassis, and sheet-metal design for high-power-density power supply units used in AI Data Center ORv3/MGX cabinet.

Responsibilities：

• Design mechanical components of the power solutions for data centers ( ORv3/MGX/EIA rack, chassis, heatsinks, brackets, connectors).

-Co-work with thermal solutions, including heat sinks, airflow optimization, and CFD simulation.

• Conduct tolerance analysis, structural analysis, and manufacturability assessment.
• Create 3D/2D drawings using Creo, AutoCAD, or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with electrical and system teams to optimize layout, cooling, and size.
• Validate mechanical reliability (vibration, drop test, thermal cycling).
• Support supplier communication, tooling review, and manufacturing build.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards (UL, IEC, etc.).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design for power supplies, servers, or electronics.
• Experienced with thermal solutions, heat transfer, and CFD simulation result analysis (Icepak, FloEFD).
• Familiar with sheet metal, stamping, die-casting, and plastic injection processes.
• Hands-on experience in design for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
