[What you will be working on]

• Partnering with the Head of Product to scale product management practices across RAiD, and eventually other RSAF digital units, so that PM discipline becomes the default way products get built

• Monitoring cost and impact across the product portfolio, and making recommendations on streamlining, sunsetting, or doubling down based on ROI

• Leading product teams through the full lifecycle — design, development, launch, and iteration — for products used across the RSAF

• Experimenting with AI methodologies across product management, design, and software development to find real process improvements, not just novelty

• Mentoring junior PMs and supporting their growth, from day-to-day coaching to longer-term career development

• Shaping portfolio strategy and scouting new domains and workstreams where digital can deliver mission impact for the RSAF

[What we are looking for]

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields (selected candidate will be appointed Senior or Lead Product Manager based on assessment)

• Track record leading product teams through the full lifecycle, from discovery to launch to iteration

• Comfort using data to drive portfolio-level decisions — cost, usage, impact, ROI

• Experience building or scaling PM practices and mentoring junior PMs

• Strong stakeholder management across technical, operational, and possibly uniformed stakeholders

• Hands-on curiosity applying AI tools to product, design, or engineering workflows

• Singapore Citizenship required given the nature of work with the defence cluster
