Job Summary

We are hiring a Lead Senior Developer to drive application development, lead technical design, and mentor development teams while ensuring delivery quality and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead system enhancement initiatives and manage end-to-end development delivery to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to enhance coding practices and team capabilities
• Review and validate design, code, and architecture decisions to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and scalability requirements
• Enforce adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain high-quality software outputs
• Coordinate effectively with business stakeholders, QA teams, and infrastructure groups to align development efforts with operational needs
• Support release management processes and troubleshoot production issues to ensure system stability and performance
