Lead ServiceNow Developer / Architect
- Planning and leading the technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions including system configuration and development of custom features
- Architecting and designing scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions
- Providing advanced technical consulting and support quality assurance activities
- Ensuring adherence to implementation standards and technical best practices
- Understanding complex business needs and helping standardize processes in design and deliverables
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers and team members
- Minimum of five years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
- Deep expertise of at least one ServiceNow module
- Multiple ServiceNow certifications
- Excellent command of English
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Experience with several ServiceNow modules
- Knowledge of German
