Lead Sign Installer

Kansas City, MO | Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek

Infinity Sign Systems is looking for a Lead Sign Installer to join our team.

If you enjoy hands-on work, being outdoors, and seeing the finished product at the end of the day, this is the job for you. You'll lead installations of commercial signs throughout the Kansas City area, working with a crew that takes pride in doing quality work.

What You'll Do

• Lead a sign installation crew on commercial job sites
• Install channel letters, cabinet signs, pole signs, vinyl, and other exterior signage
• Read work orders and blueprints
• Perform light electrical work and operate lifts
• Communicate with project managers, customers, and the install team
• Solve problems in the field and keep projects moving safely

What We're Looking For

• Sign installation experience preferred
• Construction, electrical, equipment, or other field installation experience is also valued
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand and power tools
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• CDL preferred but not required
