In this role you will lead the development of a proprietary data platform to support a fibre product lifecycle in London. You will work with the Head of Systems Engineering, CIO and Product Management to shape architecture and strategy. As the lead, you will run the team, uphold modern practices, and ensure cross-team alignment for a high-quality product. You will tackle scalable data challenges using a modern technology stack and continuously push for innovative solutions. Responsibilities- Lead and manage the systems engineering team
- Design and build a proprietary data platform to support the fibre product lifecycle
- Collaborate with Head of Systems Engineering, CIO and Product Management
- Ensure up-to-date engineering practices and cross-team alignment
- Deliver high-quality, scalable solutions for the product
- Experience with JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Python and GoLang
- Hands-on experience with Neo4j, GraphQL, AWS and Kubernetes
- Proven ability to lead a engineering team
- Track record of building scalable data platforms
