Responsibilities:
- Define and implement long-term architecture roadmap.
- Lead and mentor a small, skilled dev team.
- Develop high-quality code in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Optimise CI/CD, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and data security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, AI, Marketing).
- Introduce new technologies to elevate platform capability.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional development experience.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Excellent knowledge of React, TypeScript, JavaScript.
- Strong architectural thinking and communication skills.
- German fluency (min. B2).
