Lead Software Developer

Lead and guide developers in technical implementation, solution design, and problem-solving.

Manage project timelines, track development progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Drive code quality through code reviews, best practices, and development standards.

Provide mentorship, knowledge sharing, and guidance to improve team capability.

Encourage effective use of AI tools to improve development productivity, code quality, and problem-solving efficiency.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous enhancement of development practices and workflows.

Support technical decision-making and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects with high quality and stability.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, web application development, or related programming roles.

Experience in leading a development team, providing technical guidance, reviewing code, and coordinating development activities is an added advantage.

Experience in managing software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Experience in handling project delivery, task prioritization, technical planning, and resolving development challenges.

Experience in using AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, debugging, documentation, and software development practices is an advantage.

Required Skill Set:

Proficient in web and mobile application development, database design, SQL development, and optimization using MS SQL, MySQL, and/or PostgreSQL, with experience in REST API development and system integration.

Familiar with Git, software development tools, coding standards, and software engineering best practices.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and solve complex technical problems.

Experience using AI development tools to enhance coding productivity, software quality, and development efficiency.

Strong analytical skills, fast learner, adaptable to new technologies, and passionate about software engineering.
