Lead Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Architect and build scalable, high-quality full-stack features hands-on.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2-5 engineers, driving Agile discipline and technical excellence.
• Break down complex projects, delegate well, and own on-time delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for seamless integration.
• Drive innovation: spot technical challenges early and solve them with fresh approaches.
• Own SDLC documentation and act as the go-to expert on our applications.

Requirements:

• Have deep hands-on experience in C#, . NET, and React/TypeScript.
• Have led or mentored engineers while still shipping code.
• Have worked with DDD, CQRS, or event sourcing (BFSI/banking/fintech experience is a big plus).
• Communicate clearly across engineering, product, and business teams.

Your stack

• Backend: C#, ASP. NET, MongoDB, Postgres, EventStore.
• Frontend: React, TypeScript.
• Cloud and messaging: AWS (SQS, S3 EKS), NServiceBus.
• Architecture: DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Clean Architecture.
