Lead Software Engineer
Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong commercial experience with one or more of the following: Java, C#, Python, Go, or TypeScript
- Frontend development experience with React, Angular, Vue, or Svelte
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
- Experience building secure, accessible, and high-performing applications
- Previous experience leading software engineering teams and mentoring developers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Eligibility for SC Security Clearance, including 5 years of continuous UK address history
- Lead the design and development of cloud-native and serverless applications
- Build secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions
- Guide engineering teams throughout the full software development lifecycle
- Drive automation, CI/CD, and engineering best practices
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative software solutions
