The Role
Senior IC role anchoring a New York engineering team. You'll own the architecture and delivery of complex distributed systems, set technical direction, mentor engineers, and drive high-impact features from zero to production.

What You'll Need
- 6–8+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong Go (Golang) — it's the core codebase
- Deep distributed systems experience at scale
- Hands‑on with Kubernetes, AWS or GCP, Redis, Temporal
- Track record shipping robust systems at a high‑growth startup
- Based in or willing to relocate to NYC — this is in‑person
