What You'll Be Doing
As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions while providing technical guidance across projects and teams. Responsibilities include:
- Driving technical solutions and engineering best practices
- Designing scalable, secure, and maintainable applications
- Leading code reviews and contributing to architectural discussions
- Collaborating with product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams
- Guiding and mentoring fellow engineers
- Supporting modern DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and automation practices

What We're Looking For
We're interested in engineers who bring both technical depth and leadership capability.
You will ideally have:
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Experience leading technical initiatives, teams, modules, or workstreams
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and solution design
- Expertise in technologies such as Java, C#, TypeScript, React, Angular, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks
- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, Agile delivery, DevOps, and secure development practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
