Lead Software Engineer – Cebu

Duties and Responsibilities

As our Lead Software Engineer, you will have a crucial dual role:

• Hands-on Coding and Development: You will still be actively involved in writing and implementing software features, ensuring our code meets high standards and follows best practices.
• Team Leadership: You’ll be the go-to person for our entire dev team, from juniors to seniors. This includes mentoring, providing technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Agile Project Management: You will be responsible for ticket management, ensuring the team addresses and resolves issues efficiently. A solid understanding of Agile methodologies is essential for this role, as you’ll be key to maintaining our project workflows.
• Client Collaboration: While a Project Manager will handle day-to-day project management, you will serve as the team’s technical representative, communicating directly with clients to offer expert software development advice and align on technical strategies.
• Knowledge Sharing: You will contribute to our collective growth by sharing your expertise, whether through internal talks, training materials, or team discussions.
