Lead Software Engineer
Summary
The Lead Software Engineer will build scalable UI components and mentor junior engineers within the Content Tech SPM master team. The role focuses on frontend development using Angular, TypeScript, and modern web technologies in an Agile environment.
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our Content Tech SPM master team in Bangalore. We are looking for someone who has good experience in Angular. The current team size is 20+ consist of Dev, QA and BA. In content technology you will get opportunities to work with different master team as with all latest technology.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6 Years of Relevant Experience
- Experience building reusable UI component libraries
- Experience with performance optimization techniques
- Hands on experience in Angular (preferred), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS
It would be great if you also had . . .
- Knowledge in AWS components [S3, ECS , RDS ,SQS, SNS, Lamda, Cloud watch, Databricks , Kafka]
- EMR & Scala
- Agile or Scrum methodologies
What will you be doing in this role?
- Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams.
- Review code and enforce engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level frontend engineers.
- Drive improvements in application performance, accessibility, and security.
- Ensure high test coverage using unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize frontend performance.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.

Hours of Work
40-hours per week, permanent full-time position , IST time zone
