Lead the formation and growth of a data-platform tribe at a London-based connectivity company: build, optimise and run a proprietary data platform using graph technologies (Neo4j/GraphQL), Python, TypeScript, AWS and Kubernetes, while setting engineering standards and mentoring engineers. In this role you will lead the formation and growth of a dedicated data-platform tribe, focused on building and optimising a proprietary data platform. You will steer technical strategy, mentor engineers, and set engineering standards across the team. Expect to tackle scalable data challenges and drive adoption of modern graph-based data approaches. You’ll work in a hybrid London setting to deliver reliable connectivity solutions, shaping the company’s engineering culture and impact.
