About the Department:
The Enterprise Client Master team is responsible for delivering the firm's trusted client data foundation. By managing core capabilities such as client onboarding, identity resolution, hierarchy management, data quality, deduplication, survivorship, and master data distribution, the team ensures that critical client information remains accurate, consistent, and accessible across enterprise platforms.
Working closely with CRM, sales, operations, compliance, reporting, analytics, and technology teams, the group builds scalable services and integration capabilities that support business growth, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Team members gain exposure to enterprise-scale data platforms, modern engineering practices, AI-enabled delivery models, and highly visible business initiatives.
How You Will Add Value?
Core Responsibilities:
You will lead the architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise client mastering applications.
You will design and implement scalable solutions supporting client onboarding, identity resolution, hierarchy management, survivorship, deduplication, and data quality management.
You will translate complex business and data requirements into secure, maintainable, and high-performing technical solutions.
You will develop and integrate APIs and services that distribute trusted client data across enterprise systems.
You will improve platform performance, modernize application components, and ensure production stability.
You will establish engineering standards and promote best practices across development, testing, deployment, and support functions.
You will deliver reliable and scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
Team & Collaboration:
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams.
You will lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
You will influence engineering decisions and technology direction.
You will guide teams through solution design, implementation, and delivery activities.
You will help resolve cross-functional dependencies and support enterprise integration initiatives.
Strategic Responsibilities:
You will champion AI-assisted software engineering practices across the development lifecycle.
You will leverage AI tools to accelerate requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and production support activities.
You will apply AI-driven techniques to improve client data quality through anomaly detection, profiling, and intelligent recommendations.
You will promote automation, modern engineering practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will drive improvements in delivery quality, engineering productivity, and operational efficiency.
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?
Experience:
10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
Experience delivering master data management, client mastering, data integration, or enterprise data platform solutions.
Experience leading technical architecture and application design initiatives.
Experience building scalable full-stack applications and API-driven platforms.
Experience collaborating with business, product, and technology stakeholders.
Experience using AI-assisted engineering practices to improve software delivery.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Master’s degree preferred.
Professional certifications in Java development, API management, database technologies, cloud engineering, or frontend development are advantageous.
Technical Skills:
Java, SQL, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, React JS, and Log4j.
Microservices architecture, REST APIs, SOAP web services, and API management platforms such as Apigee.
Oracle, MySQL, Cosmos DB, data modeling, and database performance optimization.
GitHub, Bitbucket, IntelliJ, Eclipse, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, JIRA, JUnit, Mockito, and SonarLint.
CI/CD automation, DevOps practices, automated testing, observability, and release management.
AI-assisted development, code generation, test automation, documentation automation, anomaly detection, and productivity tools.
Soft Skills:
