Summary
Lead Software Engineer owning data ingestion, quantitative research, and live trading systems, setting engineering standards and defining technical strategy using Python, ML infrastructure, CI/CD, and ETL.
You will own the technical surface across data ingestion quantitative research and live trading systems. You will set engineering standards review designs remove unnecessary complexity and make build-versus-buy decisions. You will be accountable for system reliability and work with leadership on technical strategy compute allocation and platform support for research.
Responsibilities
- Own data research and trading platforms

Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience at top-tier quantitative trading firms
- Production ownership of research or trading infrastructure
- Deep systems knowledge across infrastructure ML CI/CD and ETL
- First-principles systems engineering
- Fluency in Python
- Comfort with systems languages
- Track record of designing maintainable systems
- Excellent written communication
