Requirements:- Experienced Senior or Lead Software Engineer with strong commercial experience building modern web applications
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React and Next.js
- Experience remaining hands-on while leading technical discussions and mentoring engineers
- Experience shaping scalable software solutions
- Experience across backend technologies such as Node.js or C#/.NET would be highly beneficial
- Experience with cloud platforms would be highly beneficial
- Experience with modern software delivery practices would be highly beneficial
- Lead the technical delivery of modern web applications and platforms
- Develop production code across both frontend and backend technologies
- Design and build scalable APIs and integrations
- Drive architectural decisions and engineering best practices
- Mentor and support a small team of Software Engineers
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with product, design and delivery teams to deliver high-quality solutions
