Key Responsibilities Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality software. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and architectural direction to the engineering team. Oversee code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and system performance goals. Collaborate with product management to define project roadmaps, technical requirements, and delivery timelines. Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and methodologies to improve development processes and product capabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring the stability and scalability of the platform. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. Extensive experience (7+ years) in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role. Proven expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java , C#, Python, Java Script, Spring Boot,. NET). Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles, and scalable systems design. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS , Azure) and microservices architecture.
