Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Define and implement technical roadmaps, architectural designs, and development best practices. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance. Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of all developed software solutions. Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality. Requirements Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex, scalable software systems. Strong command of multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Java Script). In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience working in George.
