Key Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems and applications. Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering their technical growth and productivity. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance. Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define project requirements and roadmaps. Drive technical innovation and introduce new technologies and methodologies to the team. Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and resolve complex technical challenges. Requirements Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering , with a proven track record of leading technical teams. Deep expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go) and associated frameworks. Extensive experience designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems and microservices. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure automation. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, crucial for managing a remote team. Proven ability to make sound architectural decisions and solve complex technical problems.
