You will balance architecture/design with hands-on coding and help shape engineering standards. You’ll mentor juniors and drive continuous improvement in a Hybrid London-based setting. The work revolves around integrating with major players like HSBC and delivering scalable fintech solutions.

- CI/CD, testing, and deployment experience
- Strong CS fundamentals (OOP, data structures, design patterns, algorithms)
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Degree in a STEM discipline with a 2.1 or above
