Lead Software Engineer (Semiconductor Verification & Tooling)

Design and maintain core software and hardware verification flows and a hardware modelling framework. Build internal tooling and infrastructure for the project and the wider open-source community, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with external contributors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand automated flows and a hardware modelling framework
• Build internal tooling and infrastructure for the company and open-source community
• Drive architectural decisions and the long-term technical direction of the codebase
• Explore verification, cybersecurity, and EDA as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors

Requirements

• Senior software engineer with experience designing and maintaining complex systems
• Experience leading a small team or senior IC experience mentoring and steering others
• Background or genuine interest in hardware, EDA, or embedded development
• Experience or interest in security
• Ability to reason about trade-offs and second-order effects
• Comfort with Unix/Linux and open-source workflows
