Lead Software Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain large-scale software applications using .NET Core framework.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  
• Ensure high-quality code by following best practices in coding standards, testing, and debugging.
  
• Participate in Agile development methodologies such as Scrum to deliver projects on time.
  
• Provide technical leadership to junior team members and mentor them to improve their skills.
