Lead Software Engineer
Summary
Lead a team building large-scale banking systems using Java, Spring Boot, React, Kafka, and Kubernetes while setting engineering standards and mentoring engineers.
You will lead complex technology initiatives, develop engineering standards and best practices, design and develop large-scale solutions, test and debug software, evaluate complex technical challenges, make technology decisions, guide engineering teams, collaborate with technical experts, lead projects, and mentor engineers. You will work with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, React, Kafka, MongoDB, REST APIs, Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.
