We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solution Architect to take technical ownership of a complex enterprise Microsoft platform environment.
This is a senior role combining solution architecture, technical leadership and people leadership. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end design and evolution of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, well integrated and aligned with long-term business needs.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the end-to-end architecture and evolution of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Designing solution architectures, data models, workflows, integrations and customisations
- Leading integration between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise platforms
- Providing architecture reviews, design assurance and technical guidance
- Resolving complex technical and solution design challenges
- Establishing and promoting architecture standards and best practice
- Identifying opportunities to improve platform performance, functionality and maintainability
- Providing leadership and direction to technical team members
What we're looking for
You’ll bring strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions within complex environments.
Ideally, you'll have experience across:
- Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution architecture
- Power Apps, Power Automate and associated Microsoft technologies
- Enterprise integration, APIs, middleware and/or cloud integration
- Data modelling, security, performance and scalability
- Microsoft Azure services
- Technical leadership and architecture governance
- DevOps, source control and CI/CD practices
- Translating business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Working with a broad mix of technical and non-technical stakeholders
