Summary
Lead the design and implementation of secure, cloud-native platforms for banking, focusing on IAM, microservices, APIs, and cybersecurity using AWS and Java/Spring technologies.
Note: Successful candidates need to be comfortable with working on weekends and shift as and when required
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the architecture and delivery of secure, scalable, cloud-native platforms within the banking domain.
- Lead the design and implementation of microservices, APIs, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and cybersecurity solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and engineering best practices.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Key Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of experience in solution architecture, application development, and large-scale platform engineering.
- Strong expertise in IAM, Authentication, Authorization, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, Digital Identity, Mobile Security, and Cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, S3).
- Proven experience designing Microservices, APIs, Cloud-Native Solutions, and cloud migration strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, CI/CD, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and SDLC practices.
- Experience in banking, payments, transaction systems, and regulatory environments.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, establish engineering standards, mentor teams, and collaborate with enterprise architects and delivery teams.
