Job Description

• Lead pre‑sales and solution architecting tasks for all major opportunities, especially in areas of Digital Transformation, Analytics/AI, Infrastructure.
• Work collaboratively with client service teams, partners and customers to identify, qualify and position targeted solutions for key accounts and major opportunities.
• Lead a cross‑functional team and apply solutioning experience to work on different levels of abstraction to support management to make strategic analysis or decisions.
• Promote and adapt approved solution portfolio with Client Service Units and delivery teams to drive closure of opportunities.
• Build, maintain and cultivate strong relationships with technology solution partners and customer relationships at all levels, to deliver solution that meets customer’s business requirements.
• Deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations across key portfolio solution offerings.
• Support successful project delivery.
• Assist in kickoff meetings, build solution implementation roadmaps, collaborate with project delivery team to ensure successful execution of project plans, as required by customers.
• Create and/or evaluate technical designs from cross‑vendor engagements for customers, build proof of concepts and participate in design reviews to ensure alignment with customer’s business requirements.
• Key Performance Indicator as follows: Quality of solutioning, Win rates for bid.

Job Requirements

• University Degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 15 years in the IT industry with solid pre‑sales solutioning and proven project management experiences for large projects.
• At least 8 years’ experience in enterprise application architecture / system integration / architecture design with various latest technologies.
• Experience in preparing technical / architect blueprint and in designing distributed systems.
• Proven technical leadership / quality assurance experience in enterprise architecture.
• Proficient in integration / middleware platform, including Solace, Tibco, etc is highly preferable.
• Proficient in API design & management / microservices / SOA integration.
• Familiar with web development technologies such as VueJS, NodeJS, React, JS Framework, etc.
• Familiar in Agile methodology and DevOps technologies such as CI/CD and set of tools such as Jira, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.
• Good knowledge in Cloud technologies – AWS, Azure, etc.
• Self‑motivated with a positive “can‑do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
• Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship.
• Proficient in written and spoken English is a must.
