Lead SQL SSIS SSRS Data Engineer
Summary
Lead a small team of data engineers maintaining a legacy SQL Server estate (SSIS pipelines, SSRS reports) and driving its migration to Azure Fabric for a West Yorkshire client. Hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office; Power BI/Fabric experience is a plus.
We are looking to recruit an experience SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS Lead Data Engineer. In addition to being a an accomplished data engineer you will need to show experience of leading a small team of data engineers. Experience with Power BI and / or Fabric would be an advantage but not essential. Indeed this will be an opportunity to gain experience with both.
Our client is in the process of migrating to Azure Fabric. We need a data engineer with the experience to lead a team of data engineers working on the migration to Azure Fabric. There remains a substantial legacy of SSRS reports and SSIS Pipeline to be maintained and migrated.
This is a hybrid role working 2 days per week in our clients West Yorkshire office.
