Lead Staffing Specialist

We are seeking a Lead Staffing Specialist to manage end-to-end staffing activities for an assigned portfolio.

You will act as the primary contact for staffing-related coordination with delivery, talent acquisition, and global staffing teams. Your role involves validating demand, coordinating interviews, managing assignments, and monitoring ramp-downs. The ideal candidate has over eight years of hands-on experience in core staffing and a strong understanding of IT roles and responsibilities. Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end Staffing for the Portfolio assigned
• Major activities include Demand validation, proposal addition, next steps, interview coordination, assignments, and ramp-down validations
• Serve as the Primary point of contact for Staffing for stakeholders from the Delivery, Practices, Talent Acquisition and Global Staffing teams
• Maintain constant communication with delivery leaders to stay updated on changes in Demand and Headcount
• Provide timely updates and callout next steps to stakeholders
• Maintain the hygiene of the internal staffing systems and do daily validation of the current status
• Monitor and report Staffing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in core staffing
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using staffing processes & tools
• Knowledge of IT Skills, Roles, and Responsibilities
• Experience in handling difficult negotiations and escalations
• Being responsive, resourceful, and critical thinking with a sense of urgency, paired with a friendly, diplomatic demeanour
