At Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids in White Bear Lake, we make every haircut fun and stress-free — for kids and stylists. We’re a family-focused salon that offers a positive, low-pressure environment where you can do what you love: create smiles.
Located in Birch Lake Square on Hwy 96, our salon is a high-energy, fun space where kids get their haircut while playing Xbox, watching movies, and sitting in their favorite car.
We’re looking for talented, reliable stylists who want to be part of a fun, supportive team — not just another salon job.
Compensation & Perks:
- Earn $35–$45/hour (hourly + tips + commission)
- Tips paid same day (Tippy)
- Retail commission
- Signing bonus available (up to $1000!)

Job Functions Include:
- Provide stylish haircuts for kids and families
- Create a fun, positive experience for every child
- Strong technical skills with ability to mentor
- Comfortable providing sensory-friendly services
- Lead the team (by example)
- Promote Sharkey's to new customers and potential new team members
- Help Oversee Daily Operations
- Experience / Comfortable with opening / closing procedures
- Professional Appearance
- Ability to prevent and handle customer complaints with grace
Must have active Cosmetology or Barber License.
- Weekend Availability Preferred
- We're especially interested in stylists who enjoy working Saturdays and Sundays
