We are looking for a Lead Superintendent for commercial construction projects to provide leadership to all trades and in all phases of the project.


The ideal applicant will have experience managing all trades, experience with large complex projects, be highly organized, be able to ensure high quality and high safety standards, and will be proactive.


Responsibilities include:

  • Willingness to maintain and support a strong jobsite safety culture
  • Predict hazards and write and implement safety plans, reports, and statistics
  • Train and mentor other superintendents fostering a positive and successful superintendent team while monitoring engagement, work conditions, and employee satisfaction of all labor
  • Manage trade, the coordination of trades, and moderate disagreements
  • Motivate staff for optimal performance, collaboration, and teamwork
  • Conduct start-up surveys, meetings, and partnering sessions
  • Exemplify a commitment to quality in all aspects of the project plan
  • Devise schedules for trade use and team meetings
  • Assure accuracy and completion of daily reports
  • Ensure contract requirements are met
  • Organize timely completion of paperwork and reports
  • Monitor performance and budget
  • Represent WarrenBuilds in a professional manner
  • Assign responsibilities to team members
  • Monitor safety statistics and accident reports
  • Review and analyze contractor quality plans
  • Manage work corrections
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely deliverables
  • Review bids for compliance with the scope
  • Review vendor drawings and submittals
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports
  • Prioritize and effectively manage time
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and key team members
  • Coordinate required inspections with local authorities
