Lead Sushi Chef

Qualifications and Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of overall culinary experience.
•⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sushi Chef, with demonstrated experience in a senior or lead capacity.
•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in sushi preparation, rolling techniques, and presentation.
•⁠ ⁠Must be capable of consistently delivering sushi to high-end restaurant standards.
