Smart Working is seeking a Lead Symfony & PHP Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain the core backend systems of our products. You’ll work in an Agile team with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver scalable, reliable features that solve real-world problems.
The role emphasizes clean code, technical leadership, mentoring, and shipping tested solutions that meet business needs. Laravel experience is not enough; proven Symfony experience is mandatory, and you will help
