JOB TITLE: LEAD SYSTEMS ENGINEER

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role bridges the gap between high-level DoDAF architecture and tactical software engineering. You will drive the day-to-day technical alignment across the software, cloud, and cyber pods, ensuring the final product meets every functional and security requirement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Author the Systems Engineering Management Plan.
- Decompose requirements form the edge wearable to the cloud environment.
- Coordinate with QA to trace verification methods.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- INCOSE CSEP Certification or Equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
- 8+ Years in Systems Engineering.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or Technical Field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Systems Engineering.
- INCOSE ESEP.
- ATO Engineering Baseline Experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Standard Office Environment.
TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS
- Minimal (0-5%).
